FANUC F-200iB
Robot details
F-200iB is a six-axis robot made for heavy duty tasks. It is servo driven and does jobs like drilling, deflashing and cutting holes. It is very fast and can feed up 200mm/sec in deflashing castings made of aluminum. To cut a hole on thick steel sheet, it may take 35mm per second. It is excellent in removing material, tools handling, welding and automatic tool changing.
F-200iB is designed for manufacturing and different automotive assembly procedures. The parallel link robot is strong and compact for jobs that require extreme rigidity and a lot of repetition. It is also accurate because it does not vibrate.
