\nFanuc adds a new member to the LR Mate family of industrial tabletop robots based on the performance of the robot. <\/b>About Fanuc LR Mate<\/b><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Fanuc LR Mate 200id<\/span><\/a> 14L is a clone of the FANUC LR Mate 200id with a longer range and higher payload. Among the LR Mate robots, this six-axis robot has the longest reach and the largest payload size. The 911mm reach and 14kg payload make it suitable for a variety of robotic applications.<\/span><\/p>\n

Weight<\/b><\/h2>\n

The LR Mate 200iD-14L weighs just 27 kg and maintains a lightweight build. The FANUC R-30ib Plus controller is compatible with this robot.<\/span><\/p>\n

The LR Mate 200iD \/ 14L is suitable for automating compact assembly lines due to its larger payload size. Automated system care, <\/span>robotic dispensing<\/span><\/a>, content removal automation, and robotic component movement are just a few of the other applications that the FANUC LR Mate 200id \/ 14L can automate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Design<\/b><\/h2>\n

Its compact design allows manufacturers to simplify systems even in tight spaces. In terms of reach and payload power, FANUC’s little robot is comparable to the ABB IRB 1410, Motoman MH12 and KUKA KR10 R900. With an IP67 protected arm, it allows the LR Mate 200iD \/ 14L to operate in liquid, dusty and humid environments without sacrificing efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

For healthcare processing and food handling applications, the series also includes an ISO Class 4 food grade \/ clean room version. For even greater precision and efficiency, these compact tabletop robots can be equipped with a variety of smart capabilities, such as robotic vision and force sensing. To improve cable security, smoother service and greater flexibility, end effector facilities are built into the arm of the LR Mate 200 \/ iD-14L.<\/span><\/p>\n
