At Modex 2022, FANUC America<\/a>, the world leader in CNC, robotics and ROBOMACHINES, introduced new CRX collaborative robots, as well as a variety of automation solutions for the warehousing and logistics industries.
\nFANUC CRX cobots are easy to use, reliable and versatile enough to perform a wide variety of tasks. When the CRX comes into contact with a person or object in the workspace, it can detect external forces and come to a safe stop. This technology allows the CRX to work safely alongside people without the need for expensive protection.
\nA new CRX-25i. Box palletizing was demonstrated by a robot with a payload of 25 kg. The robot can palletize boxes up to approximately 7′ high, guided by a 3DV\/200 vision sensor attached to the arm. The robot could help companies redeploy staff to more valuable positions.
\nThe new CRX-20 I A\/L cobot, equipped with a 3DV\/200 vision sensor, picks up consumer items weighing up to 20 kg and places them in a storage cart. The cobot’s wide range of motion and ability to transport bulky and heavy packages were highlighted in the demo.
\nA CRX-10IA also demonstrated how to pack health and beauty products. Attendees had the opportunity to experience the cobot’s intuitive hand steering and easy tablet programming.
\nFANUC<\/a>‘s CRX cobots are incredibly durable and can run for up to eight years without maintenance, making them ideal for companies looking to expand their capabilities and solve workplace problems. Additionally, interactive programming allows users to teach concepts using hands-on instructions or a tablet interface with drag-and-drop icons.<\/p>\n
