The newly developed Smart Pattern Wizard software guides the operator through the steps to create different palletising patterns. Using some reference points and sample information, the wizard creates the robot program, which can then be easily edited further in the wizard. Anyone who prefers to use traditional programming and professional tools can do so using Teach Pendant and the comprehensive PalletSolver software.<br \/>\nThe development of all <a href=\"https:\/\/usedrobotstrade.com\/products\/motoman-5\">Yaskawa<\/a> collaborative robots is governed by the same fundamental principles, which the Motoman HC30PL maintains. The regular teach pendant, easy-to-use smart pendant or manual instructions can be used to operate and program it. The direct programming buttons on the wrist can be used to accept directly taught positions without the need to validate them on the Smart Pendant, making manual guidance programming extremely effective. The easy-to-use Smart Pendant, conventional learning console or manual instructions can be used to operate and program it.<br \/>\nYaskawa positions this new solution as the best choice for integrating automation processes, following a market trend that sees an increasing need for cobots. The Motoman HC30PL can improve productivity as it can handle large components and multiple parts at once, reducing manufacturing costs and freeing up significant space in manufacturing facilities.<br \/>\nThe cobot robot has a range of safety features, such as automatic retraction from a fixed position or cobot retract with motion resume. It also has a high degree of IP67 protection (dust\/liquid proof) and food grade grease lubrication on all joints.<br \/>\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/usedrobotstrade.com\/products\/motoman-5\">Motoman<\/a> HC30PL has been designed to operate both safely and safely, and at maximum power and speed.
