Miniature packages and other packaged products such as biscuits, chocolates or small bottles, among others, can be handled with ease thanks to its speed of up to 120 cycles per minute.<br \/>\nThis <a href=\"https:\/\/usedrobotstrade.com\/products\/abb-1\">ABB robot<\/a> model has been developed to meet the high demands of the logistics and e-commerce sector. The robot has an IP54 degree of protection and an arm reach of up to 1100 mm in diameter. It has a total weight of 86 kg and is capable of lifting and operating industrial equipment.<br \/>\nThe IRB 365 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including product reorientation, top loading, secondary packaging, bottle handling, unpacking, picking, sortation, infeed and order picking of three-dimensional (3D) packages. The system provides best-in-class motion control, integrated digital connectivity and more than 1000 additional software and hardware features ready to meet future demands and requirements. It is powered by the OmniCoreTM C30 controller, the smallest Delta robot controller on the market.<br \/>\nThe IRB 365, <a href=\"https:\/\/usedrobotstrade.com\/products\/abb-1\">ABB<\/a>&#8216;s newest pick and pack <a href=\"https:\/\/usedrobotstrade.com\/\">robot<\/a>, can be used in conjunction with the IRB 390 and other robots to pick, handle and pack payloads weighing between a few grams and 15 kg.<br \/>\nUsing digital technology and ABB&#8217;s PickMaster Twin software, the IRB 365 can be installed on packaging lines in a matter of hours rather than days.
