Robot details

The robot is an extremely fast machine built for medium handling with a load capacity of 60kg. It is a uniquely built machine with various capabilities including the ability to handle two parts at a time, making it suitable for variety of manufacturing functions.   

Its rigid body provides a well balanced posture together with the inserted TrueMove function which provides for a smooth and fast movement throughout the entire working duration.  This ensures very high quality in applications such as cutting and easy to manipulate its speed and flexibility as deemed fit. The robot also has high levels of reliability and long intervals between routine maintenance contributed by it’s firmly build arms made of steel to provide good balance. It also comes with a gear box provided for free to assist during cabling and maintenance. 

Most importantly, the robot’s make up allows the use of power in low consumption hence saving money during production. It is also equipped with an S4Cplus controller which enables the machine to have extensive communication features such as a series of linkages, network access through interfaces and which can be controlled remotely. These features assist in making combination easy and especially in the manufacturing industries both in small and large scale factories.
