With a 300 kg load capacity and 3.1 m of arm reach, the Fanuc M-410iB series is designed for high performance palletization and handling. It provides an excellent work environment. It can move huge goods and big tweezers at top speed. Internal wire for safety that runs through the wrist. The integrated base model, which saves space and is easier to assemble and move, is available with controller and pedestal as well as without them. This has four axes, a 300kg payload, and a 3140mm extension.

R-30iA features

The R-30iA controller needs less than 1 minute to start (and even less with the basic software only). In case of power failure:

The robot program restarts much quicker than any PC-based program (non-Windows operating system).

The resume hot start function allows restarting safely and continuing production after power failure: no need to re-do the whole movement.

Unique resume tolerance check: in case of any program interruption, the robot automatically memorizes its position before failure. When the program continues, it checks whether the robot has been moved outside of a preset tolerance. This avoids unexpected movements and collisions.
