Fanuc M-410iC/315
Robot details
The M-410iC / 315 is a compact, four-axis industrial robot designed for high precision and high-speed handling of payloads up to 315 kg. It excels in palletizing applications and loading/unloading tasks, capable of stacking pallets up to 2 meters high. Its hollow wrist design allows for internal cable routing, preventing interference and increasing reliability.
The M-410 series from Fanuc specializes in high-performance palletization and handling, with a load capacity of 700 kg and an arm reach of 3 meters. It offers an extensive work envelope, capable of handling large tweezers and heavy loads at maximum speed. Internal wrist wiring enhances safety. The integrated base model with controller and pedestal, as well as a version without pedestal, saves space and facilitates assembly and transport.
R-30iB Plus Control System
The R-30iB control system represents the latest generation of advanced, efficient, compact, and stackable FANUC technology. It boosts productivity with modern integrated hardware and over 250 software functions. Designed for intuitive use, it optimizes power consumption, improves cycle times, and enhances speed and precision.
Featuring a high-performance integrated programmable PMC control system, it can access the complete robot I/O system, allowing for easy separation or asynchronous control of peripheral devices without negatively impacting robot performance. The different mounting positions save space and enable easy integration into production cells and the installation of various robots. The R-30iB control systems use FANUC's patented secure software, providing protection against viruses, hackers, and stability issues. The iPendant Touch is intuitive, smarter, and easier to use.
