The FANUC M-410iC/500 is a high-capacity 4-axis palletizing robot designed for ultra-heavy payload applications and high-throughput industrial environments. With a maximum payload of 500 kg and an extended reach of 3,143 mm, it is one of the most powerful robots in the FANUC palletizing series, ideal for handling large, bulky, or multi-product loads. 

The robot features a rigid articulated structure and a hollow wrist design, allowing internal cable routing to reduce wear, prevent cable interference, and increase system reliability in demanding production lines. 

Equipped with high-torque AC servo motors, the M-410iC/500 ensures stable motion dynamics, smooth acceleration, and consistent accuracy, achieving a repeatability of approximately ±0.05 mm according to ISO standards. 

The system is controlled by the FANUC R-30iB Plus controller, which provides advanced processing performance, faster communication cycles, and integrated intelligent features such as vision systems, motion optimization, and collision avoidance. Its intuitive iPendant interface (iHMI) simplifies programming, setup, and diagnostics.
