Kawasaki ZX200S comes with C controller and it handles a maximum payload of 200kg with speed and efficiency. It also has a minimum footprint which is further enhanced by integrated air piping and wiring.  Kawasaki’s patented Hybrid link allows the backwards flip of the robot.  

Different arm combinations facilitate high reach. The robot has 6 axes which can make a maximum rotation of 720 degrees at speeds ranging from 95 to 180 degrees per second while retaining an impressive repeatability of 0.3 mm. It makes use of brush less AC servo motor, has high speed servo loop and all digital servo motor.

With average reliability of 10,000 hours between each servicing sessions, this is undeniably among the best options in market. The modular design also eases repair procedures to save time. The moving parts are made in a safe yet easily accessible manner for lubrication purposes.  

 Programming is made friendlier through multi function panel which simplifies teaching method. The operator can make use of high level AS language to make to save time in procedures. In addition, on screen diagnostics are also available with the menu driven software.

Safe communication with PC is availed through RS 232 port. Other features include E-stop button on multi function panel and controller, primary axis hard stop limit through Overtravel software, collision detection and vibration limiting.

The Kawasaki C Series controller has a 32 bit microprocessor with RISC architecture. Up to 4000 instructions and 34,000 steps can be kept in memory. Also available is a port for PC Card with 8 MB memory, 32/32 direct current 24 volts input output channels (expandable to 128/128).

Networking is possible through protocols such as ControlNet, Ethernet, DeviceNet, etc. Other features include weld controller serial communication and SLOGIC (internal PLC). All these make up a reliable and productive machine.
