Robot details
This is a heavy payload robot bearing a maximum of 200 kg with good repeatability of 0.2 mm. It is suitable for adhesive bonding, laser welding Nd-Yag, handling of parts, machining, loading and unloading.
The volumes of working envelope differ according to models and in reference to the intersection of axes 4 and 5 as follows:
Models 125 and 150.0 Standard arm (1000 mm) take approx. 39 m3; Models 125 and 150.0 Medium arm (1200 mm) have approximately 51 m3 while Models 150 and 150.0 Long(1400 mm) approximately 65 m3.
The system is powered by KR C32 Siemens which is easy to install in any desktop or laptop. Weights vary as follows:
IR-360/125 Standard arm: 975 kg;
IR-360/125 medium arm: 990 kg;
IR-360/ 125 long arm: 995 kg;
IR-360/150 Standard arm: 1120 kg.
Its Drive system is electro mechanical and it has a transistor- controlled AC servo motors. All the parts are protection classified and they are IP 64 ready for operation. The robot's motor capacity is 19.8 kW while connecting cables are plugged in in line with EN 60529.
