Robot details

This robot can either be mounted on the ceiling or floor and is highly suited for point to point and continuous path controlled applications. It is mainly used in press linking, machine linking, handling palletizing, and loading and unloading of components in press lines.

The KR 100-P/KR100P is powered by KR C1 controller which is easily operable through a graphical user interface provided by Windows 95 operating system. It   retains   high versatility through oscilloscope function for diagnosis and programming support.

The machine is also very compatible with modern network system including INTERBUS-S and FIPIO. Other features include motion profile function, which provides interaction between motors, their velocity and data back up in floppy and CD-ROM drives; and master- slave operation facilities and an ergonomic design of KUKA control panel (KCP).
