These versatile heavy duty robots are available in three versions namely: KR 150-2 (2700 mm / 150 kg) , KR 150L130-2 (2900 mm / 130 kg) and KR 150L110-2 (3100 mm / 110 kg). They are among the lightest and fastest robots in this class. Leave your heavy payload applications including machining, spot welding, measuring, handling and palletizing to the KR 150-2.
Using KRC2 ed05 controller system, the machine provides a good interface for programming with high flexibility to meet your individual requirements. Expansion for instance is highly possible; firstly through the provision of two extra slots for external axes within the basic control cabinet and the allowance for mounting of an external cabinet to support up to six more axes. The controller is also highly accessible and while due measures have been taken to ensure durability of parts, they are all standardised to facilitate conversance and acquiring of replacements whenever necessary.
Also available is an advanced online diagnostic and servicing. Error detection is also facilitated through provision for CD-ROM and floppy disk drives to store operational data. The KR C2 also has comprehensive safety concept making the system more productive and reliable. Plug and play functionality is also available for rapid start up. Synchronised robots work together as one through advanced communication to get the job done effectively and on time.
