Robot details

This shelf mount robot can act simultaneously as a top loader as well as a finisher. It bears up to 150 kg and is very reliable with a 0.2 mm reliability. It also works well in adhesive bonding, handling of parts, machining, loading and unloading of parts.

It is equipped with KR C1 controller version 4.1.4 which is anchored on an open PC technology for better networking compatibility. This is achieved through standard networking protocols including CAN/ DeviceNet and Ethernet. Motion profile function also creates interaction between motors and their velocity.

Maintenance of the system is also easy. Apart from online monitoring and servicing, data backed up through CD-ROM and floppy disk drives is crucial in error identification. The system is therefore well designed to meet your needs.
