Robot details
This foundry version of 6-axis KR 360 maintains the same reliability and heavy duty aspects of its predecessor. It can be installed on floor or ceiling and works well with point to point and continuous path controlled tasks.
Ready made software packages and a good interface are provided for the KR C2 controller version 5.2.14 which utilises windows XP. The system is expandable and can be integrated into networks using DeviceNet and Ethernet slots for common bus systems. Individual robot motors interact with their velocity through motion profile to enhance performance.
The KR360 Foundry system has an online diagnosis capability. This is complimented by floppy disk and CD back up capabilities. In general, the machine is simple, compact and ergonomic yet highly productive.
