Motoman EA1800N is Special design six axis arc welding robot featuring 1806 mm horizontal arm reach. The robot is unique because the complete media hose package is also lead through by the upper arm and the head axes of the robot which reduces obstructions and results in an expansion of the usable working range. Equipped with the Yaskawa Motoman NX100 controller.
This arc welding system includes the following:
- Fronius TPS 4000 Synergic power source (400 Amperes) suitable for carbon steel, aluminium and stainless steel welding
- Fronius arc welding torch, Push-pull, liquid cooled and automatic wire feeder
- Torch cleaning station
