The compact design of the IRB 2600ID offers two versions: one with a 15kg payload and a reach of 1.85m, and another with an 8kg payload and a reach of 2m, both featuring standard IP67 protection. One of the main features of the IRB 2600ID is its ability to access narrow slots and perform complex movements without interruptions in short cycle times, while preserving the quality of the process thanks to its narrow wrist and integrated wiring, providing a fast and reliable robot.

The IRC5 is ABB’s fifth-generation robot controller. Its motion control technology, TrueMove & QuickMove, is crucial to the robot’s performance in terms of accuracy, speed, cycle time, programmability, and synchronization with external devices. Based on advanced dynamic modeling, the IRC5 optimizes the robot's performance for the shortest possible cycle time (QuickMove) and precise path accuracy (TrueMove). Together with a speed-independent path, predictable and high-performance behavior is delivered automatically, with no tuning required by the programmer.
RAPID programming language:
The perfect combination of simplicity, flexibility, and power. RAPID is a truly limitless language with numerous advanced features and powerful support for many process applications.
Communication:
The IRC5 supports state-of-the-art field buses for I/O and is a well-behaved node in any plant network. Sensor interfaces, remote disk access, and socket messaging are examples of the many powerful networking features.
