The ABB IRB 1400 is a quick, dependable and reasonably priced robot and has been found to be the ideal option for any arc welding tasks or lifting or placing of small items. All this is made possible due to the S4C controller, a new innovation if compared to its precursor, the S4, in the robot. The S4C also allows the RAPID directives simplifying the programming tasks with many other additional features which have advanced the robot.
The hanging machine is perfect for an area with limited work space and when a large manufacturing area is needed. The robot is fast, reliable, with long maintenance intervals and low noise levels. As a result, little maintenance translates to good profits.
The robot is most preferred in factories needing curved items welder, objects handling and processing functions. It is also accurate with high performance due to its high speed, 5kg handling capacity built with an additional loading space on its upper arm, which handle 18 kg.
