1. M16iB 6 is a six-axis robot with long arms. This allows huge working envelope and that same time ensures accuracy and quickness. It is has Rj3iC controller system, which is stronger than Rj3iB, but they are both made with similar architecture. It is servo driven and has modular construction. It ensures consistent path translating into high performance supported by its simple, but reliable construction. The robot’s wrists are fast and it’s suitable for jobs that require huge work envelopes. It is compatible with other big brands used in welding applications. The RJ3iC controls around 40 axes and 10 robots. It comes with a vision system to enables quick vision applications installations. The vision system has to be used with a cable and camera, but you do not need more processing hardware. The 2D robot has a guidance tool used with custom fixtures or special sensors. This controller is of higher quality and does not have vibrations and gives improved cycle times. It has a USB port and different Fieldbus connections to allow fast program transfer.
