The Kawasaki BX200L robot is designed to perform high-speed spot welding using heavy-duty motors. Its sequential motion is optimized by servo welding guns, which improves acceleration and deceleration, resulting in short cycle times and high throughput. In addition, its compact design and slim arm allow for efficient installation in "high density" applications, making it suitable for use with large welding guns.

Controller E

E controllers are compact, reliable, high-performance controllers equipped with advanced CPU technology that maximizes productivity and path control. They support a wide range of industrial applications, thanks to Kawasaki AS technology, which uses a programming language for sequential control. In addition, they allow expansion of up to 10 external axes, providing total control of up to 16 axes. Their modular design and reduced wiring facilitate maintenance and diagnostics.
