The F series robots are equipped with modern Kawasaki D controller to enhance versatility and productivity. These robots make use of very compact motors and high quality reduction gears which are fitted in its slimly designed arms. All these work to reduce footprint and promote space utilisation.

From welding, to palletizing, to bonding, to polishing, Kawasaki's F series has a line up to fit your needs regardless of the payload or prevailing conditions. This robotic equipment fits on different places including ceilings, walls and floors.

FS45N robot pedestal has been made in a way that it maintains a small footprint by housing one motor and encoder. The manufacturer also made use of standard pneumatic lines and wiring to avoid the need for external harnesses and save on repair and maintenance costs. Automatic work cells can also be created from vertical arm design.  

Standard features this robot include a payload capacity of 45 kg, 1970 mm reach, high wrist torque and inertia capacity, rapid acceleration and deceleration, and modular components for quick repair. The machine lasts an average up time of 5000 hours after each maintenance and 80,000 hours mean time between failures. It has a repeatability of 0.15mm   

Full colour LCD   screen that is customisable is provided to ease teaching.   Through use of high level "AS" language,   programming is more simplified while low end language is also accepted. The keys are ergonomically arranged and have reduced response time to facilitate the processes.   

The 64 bit RISC architecture also allows high speed communication with external networks. Various input and output connections and field bus interfaces including Interbus, profibus, CC- Link and DeviceNet, and many others are available.

Supporting features such as remote diagnosis and memory expansion also enhance keeping track of data. This promotes detecting of problems which is further enhanced by online diagnosis. Here is therefore a self sufficient system that literally does all the job for you  while catering for  its own well being to serve you longer.
