KAWASAKI MX500N with E43 controller

Robot details

The MX500N kawasaki robot boasts a maximum payload capacity of 500 kg and a reach of 2,540 mm. It features one of the highest wrist torques in the industry, enabling it to significantly offset heavy payloads from the tool mounting flange. Kawasaki's original link design for JT3 (arm up-down), combined with powerful motors, allows the robot to lift heavy loads without the need for bulky counterweights. This design maximizes the robot’s motion range and ensures a compact footprint.

E Controller

E controllers are compact, reliable, and high-performance. They incorporate advanced CPU technology, enhancing productivity and trajectory control. Kawasaki AS technology supports a wide range of industrial applications with a programming language that provides sequence control. The controllers can expand to manage up to 10 external axes, offering complete control of 16 axes. Maintenance and diagnostics are simplified thanks to modular components and limited cabling.

•  Ideal for primary energy distribution voltage of each region

•  Greater capacity for expansion

•  Closed structure with an indirect cooling system

•  Digital servo system

•  I/O channels: 32 (max 128)
