Equipped with the KRC2 controller, this 6 axis robot on a KL 250/2 linear track is reliable and extremely efficient. With nominal hubs running for 3 to 5 meters, it is very suitable for machine tending and welding of large parts. Other functions include: handling of parts, machining, unloading and offloading of parts.
The linear unit is added and makes a perfect servo driven, 7 axis robot. The machine has a reach of 1575 and can comfortably bear up to 15 kg load with repeatability of 0.1 mm. It applies KUKA Software V4.1.7 or V5.2.9 under Windows XP.
