This machine was designed to save on both costs and space while promoting high productivity. It is highly suited for arc welding, handling, loading and unloading of parts. Its 6 axes work together with a long arm reach of 1611 mm to allow access to tools both far and near while minimising dead space. For payload requirements of 6 kg, this is definitely the best machine for all your measurement, handling, loading and unloading needs.

The machine is equipped with the 2005 edition of KR C2 controller which is more flexible to satisfy different automation requirements. It is one of the best when touching on accessibility and servicing including part repair and replacements. Trouble shooting and diagnosis is also enhanced through remote monitoring and data back up via floppy and CD-ROM options.   

Two extra axes for instance can be integrated into the basic cabinet thus eliminating the need for an extra one. Additional top mounted cabinet can be included if there is need for as many as six external axes. Having networked controllers, communication between robots in a system is maximised thereby giving zero chance to error. 

The KR C2 controller is has uniform operational concepts thereby facilitating conversance of the user from low to high payload robots. In addition, "plug and play" functionality facilitates rapid start up while its modular design enables variety software expansion options.
