The Motoman HP6  is a slim 6kg payload robot that is equipped with the latest powerful NX100 controller. It is suitable for a wide variety of applications including arc welding, packaging and handling and works at a high speed. Remote monitoring and diagnostic robot systems all make this an equipment of preference.

Armed with a full six axes capacity, this robot can achieve high flexibility and rotation of up to 520 degrees. Its slim design of waist, arms and base makes it suitable for anchoring on tables, walls and ceiling. A reach of 1378 mm enables easy access to and placement of tools at the farthest distance.

Having a multi-coloured touch screen display provides a friendly user interface. The pendant is supported by windows operating system accepts a variety of instructions and relays. It also has a wide memory that can accommodate up to 10,000 instructions and 60,000 steps.  

An impressive aspect of NX100’s compatibility its ability to put to work more than one machines. Two to four robots can be joined together with much ease and operated from a single CPU. This within the wide coverage and speed of HP6 gives the highest possible productivity for such a class of machinery.

Advanced Robot Motion (ARM) Control software integrated in this system enhances path accuracy and reduces vibration. The manufacturer has also ensured that communication with other infrastructures is achieved more efficiently through provision of different protocols. Since the system has an advanced integrated Programmable Logic Controller, most of the times there is no need for a separate PLC hence saving on costs.
