UP50 is a versatile machine with a 50kg payload and can comfortably handle a variety of industrial applications including material removal, dispensation, and press brake among many others. It has a 6 axis capacity which provides extensive rotation and the 2046 mm enables it to move or pick up instruments over a wide working envelope. UP50 is a choice for many because of its low breakdown frequency hence reliability.
The award winning XRC robot controller is recognised for its ergonomic design. Not only is it flexible but it also ensures high performance and open communication.
With the ability to perform up to six tasks at a go, this is more than one can bargain for. Software integrated in the XRC such as Advanced Robot Motion Control enhances path accuracy and collision detection. The light weight pendant and its ergonomically friendly nature give the user a smooth programming experience.
It also has expandable ability for additional mounting options. External axis control and ethernet boards can therefore be connected with the shortest time and ease. Twin or triple robot systems can be integrated through additional cabinets which also have their own in built transformers. In addition, these do not consume much space since they are only about 900mm high.
