YASKAWA Motoman was the great ally that designed the welding system in just four weeks, a record time for this type of application. Yaskawa engineers were able to design and commission a complete robotic welding cell.

This project included a complete service started by design, development, and the foundation of the devices, tools, programming, configuration, and a complete turnkey system.
They chose robots from the MotomanAR series characterized by providing high performance, speed, and precision. Specifically, the Motoman AR2010 industrial robot was used, suitable for the welding process of large parts, which offers a wide working range of 2,010 mm and its high load capacity of up to 12 kg.
The AR series is recognized in the arc welding industry for its fine structure that offers faster and more flexible equipment. Its reduced size allows easy installation in the smallest spaces. It also provides shorter process times that generate greater efficiency and energy savings.
This was incredible teamwork where everyone involved played an important role, where Yaskawa brought together a group of people, suppliers, machinery resources, and as a consequence,produced a solution with a complete robotic welding system up and running in a short time.
