They can be installed in even the smallest of places due to their modest size and compact construction.
The fluid supply included in the axes allows for optimization of the gage design, ensuring optimal reliability throughout operation. The small, streamlined design coupled with Sigma-7 drive technology enables extremely fast cycle times and high repeatability of +/- 0.02mm.
The YRC1000 robot controller or the YRC1000micro compact controller can be used to operate the Motoman GP8L robots. You can operate and program it using the traditional Teach Pendant programming device or the revolutionary Smart Pendant, which is ideal for robotics beginners. Alternatively, thanks to Yaskawa’s unique MotoLogix technology, the robot can be programmed directly through the PLC function blocks, allowing the robot to be fully integrated into the PLC programming environment. This is particularly relevant in logistics automation.
