KUKA ROBOTS FOR SPECIFIC ROBOTIC SOLUTIONS

At an exhibition held by KUKA Robotics for the plastics industry, a precision micro-cleaning demonstration cell solution was presented, built and provided by KUKA Robotics System Partner Reliabotics, its process a novel CO2-based precision micro-cleaning technology in an engineered solution. and provided by KUKA Robotics System Partner Reliabotics. In the Reliabotics Fortimo MPP (Multi-Purpose Platform) cell, an AGILUS KR 6 R900 is used, which is a unique zero-waste surface cleaning solution.
The KR AGILUS KR 6 R700 is designed to load and unload plastic parts on an injection molding machine. It has six axes, very high speeds, short cycle times and an integrated power supply system. Available models are the KR6 R700, KR900 and the KR10 R1100.
A KR AGILUS KR10 R1100 with endless options for trimming, deburring, deburring, and polishing plastic parts will be featured in a robotic demonstration built and offered by KUKA Robotics System Partner Robotics Solutions, Inc. This offline programmable robotic system has a Size Tiny 35 square feet, runs on 240VAC, 30A, requires no installation, and is ready to use right out of the box.
Another major exhibit was at the 2021 Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show (CMTS), KUKA Robotics Canada showcased a variety of advanced automation technologies and solutions, including container picking and machine care. Flexibility, modularity and ease of use were prioritized.
This is the case with Roboception 3D stereo camera technology and artificial intelligence to be incorporated into the KUKA KR 10 R1100-2 industrial robot with Airskin cover. This application uses Airskin technology to combine the high speed, accuracy, and reliability of the industrial robot with the lower cost and space reductions associated with fenceless collaborative processes.
These are robots with major upgrades. The KUKA KR 6 R700-2 is the world’s first robot with ready2_pilot that allows users to manually guide the industrial robot and teach positions. The KR 6 R900-2 has a 6D mouse device that mounts to the robot for immediate use without complex setup.
The KUKA KR AGILUS robot family is designed for activities that require high-speed manufacturing with payloads ranging from 3 kg to 10 kg. These robots have IP 65 and IP 67 protection certifications and can perform up to 141 cycles per minute. They are certified for particulate emission and ESD, and operate in a variety of ISO clean room classes.
The KR C5 micro features an industry-first compact design, offers full storage capacity and works with the company’s KR AGILUS, KR DELTA and KR 6 SCARA robot families. The new controller works with the company’s KR AGILUS, KR DELTA and KR 6 SCARA robot families.
The mobile training cell ready2_educate is a complete basic package to enter the world of robotics. Designed specifically for schools, universities, and corporate training facilities, the cell enables students and trainees to quickly and easily learn the basics of robotics technology. Includes KUKA KR 3 AGILUS robot and KukA.VisionTech 2D object recognition system.
These intelligent automation solutions provided by KUKA ROBOTICS provide a high degree of flexibility for manufacturing processes.
