FANUC’s newest collaborative robots, the CRX series, are designed to make cobot installation and programming easier than ever.
CRX-series robots meet the same high-quality requirements that consumers have come to expect from FANUC products. The small, lightweight form factor makes it easy to incorporate into any work environment or existing system.
They have a smooth, modern style that makes them safe to work with others. To save even more space, CRX incorporates FANUC’s latest diminutive R-30iB Mini Plus controller. With all-new programming tools and a new teaching pendant user interface with simple drag-and-drop icons, you can easily program and teach points on your new CRX cobot.
The CRX Series is backed by FANUC‘s decades of experience in designing and manufacturing highly reliable robots. FANUC intelligence capabilities such as iRVision, iRPickTool, 3rd party gripper configuration and more are available on these robots.
FANUC CRX robots are a versatile, safe and easy-to-use solution for a wide range of applications. Inspection, loading and unloading of machines, packaging, palletizing, sanding, welding and other applications are all possible with them. CRXs can detect external forces in the workspace, which can then be stopped when they come into contact with a person or object. This technology allows the CRX to securely collaborate with operators.
Ideal for use in industrial environments. The Hand Guidance system can record movement sequences thanks to interactive programming. Even for people who have no previous experience with robots, the programming tablet has a simple interface that is easy to use.
The CRX robot is powered by a normal 100V/240V socket and has an energy saving system with a consumption of 400 W (with a load of 25 kg). FANUC’s advanced features, such as the iRVision vision system, are also available on CRX-series robots, which is invaluable for companies looking to optimize production efficiency.
The new CRX-5iA, CRX-20iA/L and CRX-25iA robots have payload capacities of 5kg, 20kg and 25kg, respectively, with a maximum reach of 994mm, 1418mm and 1889mm. The CRX-10iA and CRX-10iA/L versions of the line have a payload capacity of 10 kg and a reach of 1,249 mm and 1,418 mm, respectively.
With the addition of these new models, FANUC now offers 11 cobots with payload capacities ranging from 4kg to 35kg, giving you the widest range of cobots on the market.
